Supposedly they were going to take them off of ps3 after December 31st, which with a lot of people possibly getting either of these games for Christmas for both and ps3, doesn't make a lot of sense to suddenly take the DLC away.. A jtagged would not see this as corrupt as it can run unsigned code content that has been unlocked for example , that is the only way to use this content at the moment.
